Ingredients: Extra Firm Tofu, Onion powder, Garlic powder, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, 2 Tbsp of Soy Sauce, 1/4 cup of juice from organic oranges, Terryaki Sauce.
Directions:
Press out excess water from the tofu, then toss with oil, seasonings, and cornstarch.
Heat Skillet & Fry the Tofu, once done take out & set aside
Prepare Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, spices & terryaki sauce
Pour the Marinade into your skillet over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring continuously, until the sauce reduces and thickens into a glossy, sticky glaze.
Turn the heat off or to its lowest setting. Add the tofu back into the skillet and toss well to coat every piece in the orange teriyaki sauce.
Add green onions, sesame seeds & serve!

Add Cooked Rice to same skillet - add more olive oil to fry rice; add soy sauce to rice while cooking
