Orange Tofu

Sauerkraut Recipe

Orange Tofu

Ingredients: Extra Firm Tofu, Onion powder, Garlic powder, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, 2 Tbsp of Soy Sauce,  1/4 cup of juice from organic oranges, Terryaki Sauce.


Directions:

Press out excess water from the tofu, then toss with oil, seasonings, and cornstarch.


Heat Skillet & Fry the Tofu, once done take out & set aside


Prepare Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, spices & terryaki sauce 


Pour the Marinade into your skillet over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring continuously, until the sauce reduces and thickens into a glossy, sticky glaze.


Turn the heat off or to its lowest setting. Add the tofu back into the skillet and toss well to coat every piece in the orange teriyaki sauce.


Add green onions, sesame seeds & serve!

Ingredients: Red lead lettuce, carrots, onions, parsley, avocafo, tomato, cucumber.


Directions:

Add all ingredients to bowl, Add olive oil and spices of your choice, SHAKE and ENJOY!

Ingredients: Cabbage & Salt 


Directions:

Slice cabbage very thinly and place in a large bowl, then


Sprinkle with 1 salt 


Massage salt into cabbage, squeezing to release liquid

Cover bowl and let stand at least 1 hr


Pack cabbage into the jar, tamping down firmly with a spoon. Leave at least 2 in. (5 cm) of headspace top on


Let the sauerkraut ferment for 2 weeks, then taste for the mild tangy flavor

Ingredients: Cabbage, Salt, Pepper, Garlic 


Directions:

Cut the cabbage into slices. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet. 


Spray them with olive oil and coat both sides with marinade


Roast the cabbage in a preheated 400°F oven until tender and browned, 25-30 minutes. Serve immediately.

Ingredients: Apples, Cucumber, Lemons, Celery, Parsley

Lettuce Veggie Boats

Ingredients: Romaine Lettuce, Carrots, Cucumber, Red Cabbage, Basil, Peanut Sauce 


Directions: Remove leaves from lettuce - wash, dry and place in plate or platter 

Cut up all veggies and place on each boat.


Serve and Enjoy!

Mushroom Fried Rice

Ingredients: Cooked Rice, Soy Sauce, Mushrooms, Onions, Red Bell Pepper, Carrots, Raw Garlic, Seasonings


Directions: Rinse Mushrooms, Put Mushrooms in bowl and season. Heat skillet with olive oil, once hot place mushrooms in skillet 


Cut  vegetables (Carrots, Bell Peppers, Garlic, Onion)


Once Mushrooms are half way done, add onions, bell peppers, carrots and cook for 4-6 minutes - 


Add Cooked Rice to same skillet - add more olive oil to fry rice; add soy sauce to rice while cooking 


Add garlic last and cook for 1 min then mix all ingredients together and serve!
